Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to keep your orders flowing smoothly.
How far in advance should I place my order?+
For standard cubes, 24 hours is usually sufficient. For custom blocks or large event orders, we recommend 3–7 days so we can freeze to your exact specification and schedule delivery without a rush charge.
What are your delivery fees?+
Delivery within Victoria Falls town starts from $10, with rates varying by location and order size. We'll confirm the exact total before you commit — no surprises.
Do you cater for events of any size?+
Absolutely. From intimate dinner parties to 500-guest lodge weddings, we scale to match your event. Whether you need a single sculpted block for a centrepiece or hundreds of kilograms of crystal cubes for a bar, we've done it and we'll do it for you.
Can you make ice in custom shapes or sizes?+
Yes. We produce clear blocks across a range of dimensions — from large carving blocks for sculptors and ice bars to precision spheres and gourmet cubes for high-end cocktail programmes. Tell us what you're creating and we'll freeze to match.
Is your ice made from purified water?+
Every batch is produced from triple-filtered, UV-sanitised water. The result is crystal-clear, odourless and taste-neutral — safe and beautiful for drinks, food display and ice sculpture alike.
What if my event overruns and I need more ice urgently?+
We keep an emergency reserve for last-minute needs. Call or message us and we'll do our best to get additional ice to you promptly, subject to availability.
Can I collect my order in person?+
